Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no cost.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the lesson may be treated as a missed class and treated as a missed class.
In exceptional circumstances (illness, emergencies), please reach out — we'll always try to be reasonable.
We collect only the information needed to schedule lessons and communicate with students and parents.
Data is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
